Our Centre offers a range of activities in which everyone can take part. They help our spiritual progress and also contribute to the well-being of others. Come and join us!

Activities are free
Apart from yoga classes and other courses intended to help maintain the Centre, all activities are free of charge.
Service to others
Help in emergencies
On specific occasions our ashrama takes part in relief campaigns for public emergencies, such as those in the town of São Sebastião and in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Help for families in need
In partnership with the Centro Espírita Moisés, our Centre collects donations of basic food items to make up food baskets for families in need in Realengo, a neighbourhood in the west of Rio.
Suggestions for your visit
A few simple suggestions to make the most of your visit. Many opportunities are open to everyone. Yoga is skill in action!
- Punctuality. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your activity begins.
- Support. Flowers, fruit and non-perishable food are a great help to our activities.
- Volunteering. The Centre is kept running by the selfless service of a few volunteers. Join in!
